Quick recipe I use for tuna.

  • 1-2 Tbsp Mayonaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 can Tuna
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 oz Cream Cheese
  • Psyllium Husk Powder
  • Turmeric


  • Mix everything together and serve.

Tuna is something you can add many things to very easily. I add psyllium husk powder for the fiber and turmeric for its health benefits. The cream cheese makes it thick and creamy, ideal for use as a dip.

I have my tuna either with a roll of Ritz crackers or as a tuna melt. It would also go well in a tortilla with cheese and chilled.

My wife likes to cut the cream cheese, psyllium, and turmeric. Instead she adds lemon juice, avocado, and hard boiled eggs.
